Privacy — your invoices stay in this browser

facturium is a browser-local invoice generator. There is no account, no document upload, and — in this version — no analytics of any kind.

What stays on this device

Your business profile, clients, invoice drafts, sent/paid invoices, and app settings are written to this browser's IndexedDB storage — a database built into the browser itself. A few smaller browser storage mechanisms are used alongside it: localStorage for a handful of small interface flags, sessionStorage for a short-lived hand-off of your current draft during a language switch or an undo, and Cache Storage — via the app's offline service worker — to keep the builder's own files available without a network connection. facturium has no server that receives any of this; there is nothing to upload.

This device's library holds up to 200 saved invoices and 100 clients, 50 MiB total. Closing the tab does not delete anything; switching to a different browser or device starts empty, since nothing is synced anywhere.

What we don't collect

This version of facturium ships with no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts, and no cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not know how many invoices you've created, what's in them, or who your clients are — that information never leaves your browser.

Why IndexedDB is strictly necessary

IndexedDB storage is what lets facturium save a draft, remember your business profile, and let you reopen an invoice later — without it, the builder would forget everything on every reload. It is used only for this functional purpose, never for tracking, so there is no cookie-style consent banner: this storage isn't optional to the app working the way you'd expect it to.

You control the data on this device

Settings includes an export that saves your settings, clients, and saved invoices into a single backup file you keep yourself — it does not include whatever invoice you currently have open and not yet saved in the builder — and an import to bring it into another browser or device. To remove facturium's data entirely, clear this site's storage from your browser's settings; there is no server-side copy to delete, because none exists.

Third parties

facturium's builder does not call any third-party service to render, save, or export your invoice. This page is served as a static site; hosting-level request logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) may be retained briefly by the hosting provider for operational and abuse-prevention purposes, as with any website.

Changes to this policy

If facturium later adds anything that changes this picture — an account, sync, or analytics — this page will be updated first, and the change will be disclosed here before it ships.
